Your account
One free account works in every DuoTyping app. You need it for DuoTyping Engine, Translate and reports. On a Mac or Windows, your own key checks without one.
Sign in
In an app, choose Sign In… (Agree and Sign In… in Chrome or Edge). Your browser opens account.duotyping.com: sign in with a code we email you, Google, Apple or a passkey. New here? The same steps make your account.
If a Mac or Windows app doesn’t pick it up, choose Sign in with a code instead in the app, then paste the code the page shows.
See your account
The web app’s Overview shows today’s counts, your plan and your devices.
Devices
Sign-in & devices lists every app and browser signed in to your account. Sign Out on one stops it within 15 minutes; Sign Out Everywhere Else signs out all the others. We email you when a device signs in for the first time.
To add a passkey, or connect Google or Apple, choose Manage on account.duotyping.com there. Your email code always works.
Sign out of one app
- Mac: Settings › Account › Sign Out… deletes this Mac’s profiles, drafts, keys and settings. What’s in your account comes back when you sign in again.
- Windows: Settings › Account › Sign Out…. Your own key and settings stay.
- Chrome or Edge: All settings › Account › Sign Out….
- Web: Sign Out in the sidebar.
Export or delete it
In the web app’s Privacy, Export My Data downloads everything in one file. Delete Account signs out every device now, and deletes the account 90 days later. Sign in before then to keep it.
